Always roll the mat with the top side facing out. Rolling it in the opposite direction may damage the Mat surface.
Wipe the top of the mat with a microfiber cloth after use. If using a solution, apply it to the cloth first; do not apply it directly to the mat.
We recommend using a solution of soap or vinegar and warm water. The Mat is not machine washable.
To protect the top of the mat, avoid putting lotions or rings on your hands or feet before practicing. Avoid cubbies or storage areas with sharp edges that can leave a lasting mark.
