Warranties

Product warranties: All products sold by DSV CBD LAB S.L. enjoy the legal guarantees in accordance with the regulations applicable to the consumer. These warranties cover deficiencies of conformity of the products that become apparent within a period of two years from delivery. In the case of defective product, the seller will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. Instructions to activate the warranty: To activate the warranty, the customer must contact DSV CBD LAB S.L. through info@moodly.com providing details of the product and description of the problem. Additional documentation such as proof of purchase or pictures of the defect may be required.
