How much oil should I use?

This varies from person to person, taking into account weight, height and reasons for use. On average, we recommend using 20-25 mg to start with. From there, each person can use it based on what works best for them.

Use one to three times a day.
Start with a few drops, 2-3. As many as necessary to cover the area.
Increase gradually until the desired effect is achieved.
If you are already familiar with the product or use a high quantity, go up a level and choose an oil with a higher percentage to use less quantity.

You can always increase or decrease this amount depending on your personal experience and desires. Some people are more sensitive than others, so we recommend starting with a low amount and increasing it over time as you experience and adapt to the benefits.

How is the oil used?

Simply use the pipette to place the desired number of drops of oil on the desired area, massaging until completely absorbed or letting the oil sit for one minute.
